For this design/ build project, RPPY was hired by the contractor. The contractor was building a "build to suit" clinic. RPPY was tasked with and challenged to create a building that would please both the contractor and our clients. In the end, the partnership resulted in a building that achieved both parties' sets of goals and a building of which both parties can be extremely proud. RPPY is not afraid of having a multi-party arrangement; our experience shows that we can develop a design that satisfies each party.
